The Drive Star Group of Companies
Drive Star Continues To Expand & Diversify
Hamilton, Ontario based Drive Star Inter- national Inc. continues to expand it’s reach and range of services by opening new loca- tions in both Canada and the USA while di- versifying and entering the asset based transportation market.
Drive Star Shuttle Systems Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Drive Star International Inc. provides transporta- tion and logistics services in the drive- a-way and tow-a-way markets as well as rail and “Ro” / “Ro” ocean service coordination for clients around the globe.
Drive Star Shuttle Systems Ltd. is opening its newest location in April 2016 on Britannia Road in Missis- sauga, ON. “This new location is in the heart of the industrial and trucking sector of the GTA and will allow us to better service those customers requir- ing local and regional deliveries” ex- plains Drive Star Group President, Andrew G. Priest.
From this location Drive Star will also be extending its reach and expan- sion into the asset based transporta- tion market through its purchase of company owned tractors which will be used for the relocation of trailers for a wide variety clients including rental and leasing companies, fleets, manu- facturers, dealers and repair facilities.

continue to provide premiere drive-a- way and tow-a-way services continent wide.
“Drive Star differs from the competi- tion in so many ways”, proudly states Priest. “Our company was built on the foundation of compliance and sound governance with the intent on placing the protection of our customers’ assets ahead of anything else. Drive Star is committed to ensuring NO customer will ever be placed in harm’s way while using our services.”
As Canada’s largest drive-a-way com- pany, Drive Star is now targeting the US market for future growth. “We have been very fortunate over the last twenty plus
years here at home”, says Priest, “and we look forward to continuing to expand and diversify here in Canada but, as we all know, the biggest market is just south of the border.”
Drive Star has also consciously broadened its range of services here in Canada during the past few years by expanding into the Trade Show and Event Management Business. “Histori- cally we would simply pick up and de- liver trucks, trailers and equipment to various trade shows and marketing events around the country and leave, however, has that ever changed” com- ments Priest.
The “Show Star” brand was created when it was determined that the mar- ket had very few options available for clients when it came to an “all in one” service for vehicle transportation, washing, set up, detailing, booth man- agement and tear down.
Since its creation, Show Star has seen tremendous growth in this market and now services truck and trailer OEM’s, engine manufacturers and dealers.
“Drive Star is very proud of where we’ve been and excited about where we’re going” says Priest, adding “We will continue expanding our great cus- tomer relationships and building on the promise that ‘We will not ask for your business unless we can help im- prove it’.” For more information on the company please visit www.drive- star.com or simply call 866-DRV-STAR.
panded its US presence by purchasing 20 acres of land with offices and two shops in Niagara Falls, NY. This facility has 24 hour manned security, is fully fenced and lighted. “We take cross bor- der trade very seriously here at Drive Star” says Priest, the company’s founder. “As Canada’s only ‘P.I.P ‘and ‘C-TPAT’ drive-a- way / tow-a-way company, we set the stan- dard when it comes to truck, trailer and light duty vehicle deliveries internationally.”
In 1993, Drive Star was founded for the purpose of providing “drive-a- way” services to the class 6, 7, and 8 truck markets, in both Canada and the United States. Today, more than twenty years after they began, they
